Learn

At Beacon, training the next generation of healthcare professionals means more than clinical skill-building. It means forming clinicians who understand why they’re called to this work in the first place. Our educational program walks medical students and residents through some important questions: Who am I? What am I here to do? And how does my faith shape the way I show up for patients, colleagues, and the wider community? Students rotate through real patient care at Beacon while learning a framework built on what founder, Dr. Kim, calls the “three-legged stool” of Christian practice. Beacon’s medical training is grounded in the conviction that who we are determines how we care for others.

Education

Beacon’s educational programming is built to shape more than clinical competence. The unique program is designed to form healthcare professionals who understand why they’re called to this work.
